* Residents should provide a document from their institution showing their current residency status.

• Registration fees for the Congress include:
  – Participation in the Congress scientific sessions and workshops (Hands-on).
  – Entrance to the exhibition
  – Coffee Breaks throughout the congress
  – Lunches throughout the congress.

• Registration Cancellation Policy: 
  – Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows: 
  – Up to 31 May 2026 – Full refund less 10% Cancellation fees
  – Between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026  -Cancellation charge of 50%
  – From 1 September 2026 – No refund.
